Community Medical Centers is seeking a Break Clinical Nurse (CN) for the Neonatal ICU at Community Regional. The Break CN will deliver skilled patient care and support other RNs during breaks in a fast-paced NICU setting.

The role requires CA RN licensure, BLS certification, and adherence to Title 22/16, ANA standards, and the Code of Ethics to ensure high-quality, continuous patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, HSE, or IEP Certificate required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license to practice in California required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• NRP certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer.

Responsabilités

• Deliver skilled, high-quality patient care in the NICU.
• Relieve other licensed RNs during break/meal periods.
• Adhere to Title 22/Title 16, ANA Scope & Standards of Practice, and Code of Ethics.
