Medical City Dallas NICU is hiring a Registered Nurse for our Level IV NICU on the night shift 7P-7A. Join a 108-bed unit within a 895+ bed tertiary care center, renowned for advanced facilities and a broad physician network.

You will deliver expert neonatal care and collaborate across a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes. The role requires a BSN/ADN, Texas RN license (or compact), and NICU experience with certifications such as STABLE, PALS, and BCLS.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required with 12-month enrollment and 24-month completion (Magnet Hospital).
• Texas State RN license or compact license accepted.
• Minimum 1 year recent Level III/IV NICU RN experience in acute care.
• STABLE completed within 18 months of start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation completed within 6 months of start date.
• BCLS, or BCLS Instructor, completed within 30 days of start date.
• PALS certification required.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN scope of practice and in accordance with established policies
• Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice

What Qualifications You Will Need

• ADN / BSN is required w/12 month enrollment and 24 month completion (Magnet Hospital)
• Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted
• Must have one (1) year recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
• STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
