South Shore Health is seeking a capable Registered Nurse to manage individualized, outcome oriented nursing care using the nursing process, coordinating plans from admission through discharge.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, patient/family education, and ensuring safety/compliance with hospital policies. Prior acute care experience and MA RN license required; BLS/ACLS certifications may be needed.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred.
• RN - Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS, ACLS and related certifications may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage individualized, outcome oriented nursing care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications, document and reconcile per SSH policies.
• Develop and update patient care plans and document outcomes.
• Facilitate discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance in care delivery.
