Job summary

South Shore Hospital's Messina Family NICU in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced RN for the Level III NICU. The unit is staffed by doctors, nurses and respiratory therapists with specialized neonatal training, and our NICU doctors are dually affiliated with South Shore Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years NICU RN experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license required; BLS/NRP/ACLS may be required per department.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications per SSH policy.
• Develop, evaluate and update individualized plan of care for patients.
• Document patient care following nursing policies and standards.
• Ensure patient safety and proper hand hygiene; participate in safety drills.
