Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (Required).
• BLS from AHA (Required).
• CNA certification required by PA or RN without a BSN.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Answers call bells, prepares patient rooms, and supports care delivery.
• Clinical: Monitors vital signs, documents intake/output, and assists with feeding and nutrition.
• Safety: Maintains fall precautions, handles patient transfers, and adheres to invasive line safety.
• Teamwork: Supports room setup, stocks supplies, and communicates with the nursing team.
