Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks an experienced Manager, Flight Operations to provide clinical leadership across education, orientation, and staff development while maintaining Flight RN competencies. You will oversee scheduling, budgets, and quality indicators, and lead clinical reviews.

The role requires extensive experience as a Flight RN, strong leadership, and program management skills, with CAMTS currency and CMTE certification within three years of hire. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nursing required.
• Five years minimum active flight/ground transport experience.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• CMTE within three years of hire/transfer date.
• Valid Driver’s License and pass annual Pre-Check review.
• Registered Nurse and Certified Flight RN credentials; CAMTS currency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and quality indicators.
• Chair the Clinical Leadership Team and coordinate action plans.
• Lead staff education, orientation, and development as Flight R.N.
• Assist Program Director with staffing needs and conflict management.
• Maintain policy consistency and safety across clinical operations.
