Job summary

Beacon Health Options is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to coordinate and deliver primary care to critically ill newborns under the supervision of neonatologists and NICU nurse practitioners. You will participate in admissions, high-risk deliveries, transports, and family communication while supporting staff and ongoing education.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Nursing, Indiana licensure, NCC/NCBPNP certification, and at least two years in a Level III NICU.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s program.
• Current, valid Indiana state licensure.
• Neonatal or pediatric nurse practitioner certification (NCC or NCBPNP).
• Two years of NICU Level III nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver primary care to critically ill newborns under neonatology supervision.
• Complete admission H&P with maternal history, diagnosis, and initial care plan.
• Attend high-risk deliveries; provide stabilization and procedures as needed.
• Lead in high-risk infant transports.
• Communicate plan and progress to families.

Master's degree (Nursing)

Indiana licensure

Neonatal/pediatric NP certification (NCC/NCBPNP)

2 years NICU Level III experience
