• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered North Carolina or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• NRP and STABLE certification within 6 months.
• NCI Certification and Team STEPPS training within 90 days.
• One year of clinical experience in neonatal care is preferred.
• New graduates after RN residency program are preferred.
