Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with neonatal fellowship.
• Current Illinois APRN or PA license.
• National certification: NNP-BC or PA-C with neonatal fellowship.
• Current BLS and NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity NICU.
• Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments and management of critically ill newborns.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality initiatives.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with neonatal fellowship

Current Illinois APRN or PA licensure
