Qualifications

• Graduate-level nursing or PA education required for APRN/PA track.
• Licensure in Oklahoma as RN and APRN or PA, with ongoing certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical assessments appropriate for age and problem.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic studies and develops care plans.
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation and ensures continuity of care.
• Provides patient- and family-centered care with effective communication.
