Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents vital signs and health assessments.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Participates in rounds and family education.
• Maintains timely and accurate documentation in the medical record.
