Overview

Job Title: NEMT Driver
Reports to: Transportation Manager/Supervisor
Location: Worthington, OH
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities

• Transportation: Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, dialysis centers, and other healthcare facilities. Assist patients with mobility issues, disabilities, or special needs.
• Patient Care: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported during transport. Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Report any vehicle issues or concerns to management.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, including seatbelt use and vehicle safety protocols. Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Scheduling and Logistics: Manage transportation schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. Coordinate with dispatch and other drivers to optimize routes and schedules.

Requirements
