Job summary

GMTCare Las Vegas seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. You will support staff, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

The role reports to the GMTCare Executive Director and is based onsite in Las Vegas, NV, offering leadership growth within a compassionate, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in operations, healthcare, transportation, or related field.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with healthcare, fleet management, logistics technology, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and execute opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve both individual goals and organizational objectives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, deliver constructive feedback, and support employee growth and development.
• Assess staffing needs and collaborate with Human Resources in the recruitment and hiring process.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that promotes team engagement, motivation, and collaboration.
• Uphold and enforce all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Monitor services and implement quality assurance measures to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Analyze operational data and produce reports to monitor and improve KPIs.
• As operational needs require, support frontline operations by performing Transporter duties, including safely operating company vehicles and assisting with patient transport in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
