Job summary

Verida, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Provider Network Manager to oversee the regional NEMT provider network, ensuring compliance, performance, and efficient operations.

The role involves recruiting providers, managing relationships, reviewing financials, credentialing, and continuous improvement of the network. Travel up to 50% is expected; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new providers to Verida network via multiple methods.
• Build and maintain provider relationships as subject matter expert on provider business.
• Educate providers on how to be successful within Verida’s network.
• Work with providers on their financials to maintain profitability.
• Understand the claims process and guide providers through the process.
• Negotiate fair contracted rates for Verida and providers.
• Provide feedback to providers on fleet efficiency and trip routing.
• Provide orientation, onboarding, and training for new and existing NEMT providers according to contract requirements.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with NEMT providers.
• Coordinate NEMT provider application, credentialing, and onboarding.
• Ensure providers meet and maintain all requirements with Compliance.
• Coordinate with Dispatcher Supervisor to align trip volumes with demand and performance.
• Create reports to determine provider needs and network performance.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Facilitate provider town hall meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
