Job summary

America West Medical Transportation, Inc. is hiring drivers to transport wheelchair patients or stretcher patients in specially equipped vehicles.

The Driver will work independently or with a teammate, using a GPS system to ensure safe transport from home to service location and back. The ideal candidate is at least 21 years old, holds a valid State Driver's license with a clean driving record, and can pass a health screening and drug test.

Qualifications

• Fluency in speaking and understanding English; strong communication skills.
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Willingness to provide transportation services and operate company software.
• Able to use apps and electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Independently run medical transportation operations in a company vehicle.
• Ensure patients are transported safely from home to place of service and returned home safely.
• Utilize company transportation software.

• Assume on-call responsibilities.
