Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Previous experience in NEMT or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and attentiveness to client needs.
• Ability to work independently and uphold company values.

Responsibilities

• Provide Safe Transportation: ensure client safety and well‑being by following traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Uphold Reliability: punctual pickups/drop-offs and accurate service records.
• Show Compassion: assist with boarding/exiting and address client needs.
• Foster Fraternity: build positive relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Promote Teamwork: collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, and staff.
