Qualifications

• Strong punctuality, reliability, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments, dialysis centers, therapy sessions, and other healthcare facilities.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including those using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids.
• Operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAV) and ensure proper securement of wheelchairs and mobility devices.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and passenger documentation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, passengers, and healthcare facility staff.
• Follow all traffic laws, HIPAA guidelines, and company safety protocols.
