This role ensures all units meet company standards by addressing maintenance needs and supporting the maintenance team as needed. Their work directly impacts resident satisfaction and property appeal. This role is differentiated by an internal Venterra certified intermediate level of plumbing, electrical, appliance and HVAC skills.
