Job summary

Rogers Windows is seeking ambitious, entry-level marketers in Chesapeake, VA to join our Neighborhood Marketing team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing, communication, and goal-driven performance while contributing to a locally trusted brand with 40 years in the community.

You’ll connect with homeowners, start conversations, explain offers, and book appointments. Training is paid and you’ll work toward weekly goals with coaching and team support. Schedule is Mon–Fri 10:00 am–6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Recent grads or gap-year candidates welcome.
• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and schedule commitment.
