Job summary

Flexihire Talent is seeking a Store Manager for one of the Logan Square locations in Chicago. This in-person role involves leading daily store operations, managing a team of associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining profitability.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of grocery management experience, strong leadership qualities, and proficiency in inventory management and P&L oversight. The store aims to redefine the neighborhood grocery experience through excellent service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of grocery management experience, preferably in independent or specialty retail.
• Proven record of managing P&L and sales targets.
• Strong communication skills with staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own all daily store operations, including sales and inventory.
• Drive sales growth while controlling costs.
• Lead and develop a team of 8 to 12 associates.
