Job Description

Project: Migration of SUNY Geneseo's Drupal 10 website (~6,550 pages) and Scene Magazine WordPress site (~450 pages) to a modern WordPress architecture.

Content Migration Requirements

• Accurately migrate all content, media, and metadata from Drupal to WordPress.
• Demonstrate expertise in Drupal to WordPress migration.
• Use WordPress native Block Editor for content structuring to enable easy management by non-technical users.
• Preserve taxonomy, metadata, internal links, SEO attributes, and URL structures.
• Maintain navigation and menu hierarchies, including existing redirects.
• Ensure functional parity with Drupal content types, mapping them appropriately in WordPress.

Additional Notes

The current Drupal site uses Bootstrap 5 with custom CSS, which may require adjustments during migration.
