Scope of Services:

• Provide technical support and serve as a FileNet Architect.
• Manage application development related to IBM FileNet, Workflow Toolsets, and Content Navigator.
• Prioritize and resolve technical issues, and work towards long-term project goals.
• Manage technical tasks using industry-standard DevOps tools; provide updates to Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Analyze complex programs, review and approve architecture for FileNet widget or custom application development.
• Prepare operating procedures documentation.
• Handle program logic, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Analyze problems and recommend solutions.

Mandatory Expertise/Experience:

• 2-5 years in Enterprise Content Management application development, including integrating custom widgets and business rules.
• 3+ years in large-scale content migration.
• 3+ years with Db2 and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• 3+ years in data extraction, transformation, migration, and load processes.

Desirable but Not Mandatory:

• Understanding of FileNet P8 Platform Core Components and Base Products.
• Proficiency with integration services/web services and FileNet P8 APIs.
• Experience with IBM Content Navigator, IBM Case Manager, and widget customization.
• Knowledge of Websphere, Content Platform Engine, IBM Enterprise Records, and related tools.
• Experience with Kofax Capture or IBM DataCap.
• Knowledge of workflow concepts, Object Stores, Taxonomy, and security.
• Skills in json, dojo, java, EDS, plugins, widgets.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and SQL Queries.
• Experience with HTML5 image viewers, Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS, Jira.
• SSL certificate management skills.
