TechOne is seeking a Senior Mainframe Modernization Consultant in Minnesota to lead architecture and wave-based modernization of legacy systems. The role emphasizes identifying patterns, components, and business outcomes as you drive cloud-enabled transformations.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in mainframe modernization, strong AP/AR analysis, and hands-on experience with PL/1, Telon, COBOL, CICS, IMS/DB2, and JCL. Hybrid work is offered for initial weeks with a transition to remote.
