• Minimum 8 years of development experience in PeopleSoft HCM Applications, with 4+ years in a PeopleSoft conversion role
• Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle implementations, including one in a technical conversion role
• Excellent knowledge of PeopleTools 8.5x
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience
• Strong PeopleSoft/Technical Skills, including tables, configuration, and integration of HCM modules
• Proficiency in Application Designer, Application Engines, Application Packages, and Component Interfaces
• Advanced PeopleCode programming skills
• Solid understanding of database concepts such as queries, joins, DDL, DML, and performance tuning
