About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and experience working with Microsoft Dataverse to support post-migration data quality initiatives. The data migration from SQL Server to Dataverse has been completed, and this role will focus on reconciling records, identifying inconsistencies, and performing cleanup tasks to ensure data integrity in the new system. Teleworking is available; however, the candidate will need to be onsite 1-2 days per week for onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed data cleanup, validation, and normalization within the Dataverse environment.
• Use SQL queries to analyze and compare records from legacy SQL systems and Dataverse.
• Perform data reconciliation to confirm accuracy and completeness, resolving mismatches and anomalies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business rules and data standards.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate data quality checks and support ongoing data hygiene.
• Document findings and cleanup efforts for transparency and audit purposes.
• Assist in building reports and views in Dataverse and Power BI for data quality monitoring.
• Support data governance and management practices.

Requirements:

• Proficient in SQL, including complex joins and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, schema, data relationships, and business rules.
• Experience with data quality and reconciliation post-migration.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify discrepancies.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools, especially Power BI and Power Automate.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with KingswaySoft, SSIS, or other ETL tools (helpful but not required).
