The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join Neato's Creative Department. You will lead your design team in creating innovative designs for our eCommerce brands, responsible for both designing assets and managing your team to ensure a balance of creativity and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present creative strategies, concepts, mood boards, and briefs for eCommerce brands
• Design visually engaging assets that communicate brand messages effectively
• Lead and manage a team of in-house and remote designers
• Provide constructive feedback and facilitate critique sessions
• Address team performance issues and implement improvement plans
• Refine processes and communicate concerns to directors
• Introduce new tools and ideas to enhance team efficiency
• Translate client objectives into impactful designs, primarily for Amazon
• Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in eCommerce or advertising
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience in concept development and creative strategy
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Experience managing a team of designers
