Overview

Reporting to the National Installation Operations Leader, the Regional Install Manager (RIM) will own the Installation capability within his/her assigned geography. The RIM operates the Region at or above key metrics in the following areas: Install capacity, Install quality, Install cost, Job completions and Customer experience. The RIM manages the Region according to the National Install Ops Leader's functional strategy and vision, but will also be expected to initiate local and regional programs as needed to excel in the key areas listed above. Monitors existing installers for quality and consistency with the National expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Remote position based out of the DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia area preferred.
  • Northeast territory comprised of the Virginia, north to Maine and out to Indiana, Michigan.
  • Manages technical and customer escalations within the region.
  • Delivers monthly completion targets by ensuring jobs are scheduled and completed in a reasonable time frame. Takes leadership role in resolving pre-install or post-install issues with installer, customer and sales operations.
  • Measures existing installers against all metrics and execute a constantly evolving strategy that optimizes over-performing installers, while reducing exposure to under-performing installers
  • Partners with talent acquisition staff to identify and recruit new installers within region
  • Trains new installers within region
  • Maintains regular focus on job cost metric via invoicing submittals and work order analysis

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in construction, home improvement, or residential remodeling.
  • 2+ years of management experience, ideally with field contractors.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google applications.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with installers, customers, and management.
  • Professional demeanor and command of business English.
  • Ability to multitask and travel up to 50%.
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Minimum associate's degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related field.
  • This field position will require significant travel within the Northeast region of the US.
  • Reports to the National Installation Operations Leader, aligning with national strategy while developing region-specific initiatives.

Hiring Range

The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $91,000.00 - $127,000.00 anually.

(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

Other Compensation (if applicable): This role will be eligible to participate in the Target Incentive Plan.
