Job summary

Keel is seeking an NDT Trainee to assist in visual, magnetic particle and dye penetrant examinations across production stages. You will learn under direct supervision and work toward achieving NDT Level II certification, while prioritizing safety and environmental practices in a rigorous manufacturing environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with test methods, interpretation of drawings, and data recording, contributing to product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some education, training, and experience in NDT principles preferred.
• Must be organized with good communication abilities and problem solving.
• Vision/color testing must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing visual, magnetic particle and dye penetrant examinations.
• Learn NDT process under direct supervision of Level II/III instructors.
• Record test data and apply statistical methods as appropriate.
• Help evaluate data and complete reports to validate deviations from standards.
