Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking an NDT Technician in Grand Junction, CO to learn and apply NAS 410 NDT methods. The role may require nights/weekends and safe radiographic work. You will disassemble, clean, test, and post-clean parts, and maintain related equipment under supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, may have an A&P license, and can obtain NAS 410 certifications. Strong English communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Airframe and Powerplant license preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NAS 410 certifications.
• Strong English reading and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT tasks under supervision, including disassembly, cleaning, preparation, testing, and post cleaning.
• Achieve and maintain NAS 410 certifications.
• Maintain shop facilities and tooling.
• Communicate clearly in English.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
