Job summary

TURBOCAM International is seeking an NDT Technician to support cleaning, handling and inspection of its high-value components. You will assist NDT inspectors, participate in qualification training, and help maintain inspection materials and processes on site in Barrington, NH.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing experience. Basic MS Office skills and the ability to lift and maneuver parts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior work or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must maintain adequate corrected near vision 20/25 or better and be able to distinguish colors.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of TURBOCAM products according to established processes.
• Handle and move high-value parts with complex geometries for cleaning, testing, and inspection.
• Assist NDT inspectors in daily PT, cleaning system, and equipment checks.
• Assist in maintaining PT materials, equipment, and processes.
• Assist NDT inspectors with inspections as directed.
• Assist with identification, tagging, and segregation of non-conforming product.
• Support NDT system internal auditing as needed.
• Complete NDT Inspector Level 1 training and qualifications as assigned.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for performing cleaning and supporting NDT (Non-destructive testing) inspection and testing methodologies for TURBOCAM manufactured products. NDT Technician will also participate in assigned training and complete applicable qualification requirements to be certified as a TURBOCAM NDT Inspector Level 1.

• Performing cleaning of TURBOCAM products in accordance with established processes
• Performing proper handling and movement of high value parts with complex geometries in support of cleaning, testing and inspection
• Performing and assisting NDT inspectors in conducting daily PT, cleaning system and equipment checks
• Assisting as needed in maintaining PT materials, equipment and processes
• Assisting NDT inspectors with inspections as directed
• Assisting with identification, tagging and segregation of non-conforming product
• Assisting in NDT system internal auditing as needed
• Completing NDT Inspector Level 1 training and qualifications as assigned
• Performing other duties as necessary.

Bring Your Expertise:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior work/inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must maintain adequate corrected near vision 20/25 or better and the ability to distinguish colors by means of a vision screening test.
• Requires lifting, carrying and safely manipulating parts with complex geometries, delicate features and sharp edges of 50-lbs or more using approved lifting techniques and equipment.
• Requires occasional Sitting, stooping, pushing, pulling, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
