Job summary

Acuren is seeking an NDT Technician with Level II MT, PT, and UT experience to support operations in Ponca City, OK. Local candidates preferred within ~40 miles; travel may be required.

Responsibilities include setting up NDT equipment, performing tests to identify defects, interpreting images and readings, and reporting results while complying with safety standards. Must provide current certifications and maintain state credentials if applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Certified Level II in MT/PT/UT is expected or required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to detect discontinuities using NDT methods.
• Interpret radiographs, CRTs or digital readouts; report results.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed during testing.
• May supervise assistants and other technicians.
