Job summary

A leading aerospace company is seeking a Non Destructive Test Technician – Tech 3/4 – in Palmdale, CA. The role involves performing non-destructive tests and inspecting materials. Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in shearography or thermography and hold a Level II Certification in NDT. The position offers a salary range of $66,600 to $131,900 based on qualifications and experience. Relocation assistance may be available and a DOD Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Non Destructive Test experience specifically in shearography and/or thermography for Level 3.
• 6 years of Non Destructive Test experience specifically in shearography and/or thermography for Level 4.
• Level II Certification in shearography and/or thermography methods in accordance with NAS-410.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-destructive tests (NDT) on aircraft engines or components.
• Inspect materials for defects using automated and manual methods.
