Job summary

Dexian currently seeks an Experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Specialist to support the In-Service NDT team in Tukwila, WA. This 12-month contract is onsite with relocation allowed at candidate's cost, offering a pay range of $50-$70 per hour.

The role focuses on NDE methods across commercial aircraft, requiring 3+ years of NDI/NDT experience, LVL II status in ET/UT/RT, and ability to travel up to 15% with occasional weekends as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of education and work experience in NDI/NDT.
Current or previous work experience performing at a lvl II NDT technician capacity in ET, UT, or RT methods.
Documentation of certified NDT hours available.

Responsibilities

Incorporates revisions authored by method Responsible Level III in the standard procedure review process.
Develops Computer Assisted Drawings (CAD) of specialized calibration standard.
Performs setup for non-destructive test or measurement equipment to calibration standards.
Composes procedure figures with inspection location, geometry, accessibility, probe/transducer placement, and notch signal response.
Reports potential adverse trends or anomalous results.
Provide emergent lvl II NDT support for Client’s portfolio of commercial aircraft across the Puget sound.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
