Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an NDT Technician to perform non-destructive testing on metallic and non-metallic materials and components. You will read procedures, inspect hardware for defects, and collaborate with program teams to ensure on-schedule production.

The role includes supporting off-shift inspections and developing LM Space NDT Level II certifications per NAS-410. Ideal candidates will hold NAS-410 Level II, have DR experience with a DDA, knowledge of AWS/ASME/MIL-STDs/ASTM

Qualifications

• NAS-410 Level II Radiographic certification required.
• Experience with Digital Radiography (DR) using a DDA.
• Familiarity with AWS/ASME/MIL-STDs/ASTM standards; ability to obtain IRRSP/State Card.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on materials, parts and assemblies.
• Read and interpret procedures to determine acceptance/rejection of hardware.
• Support program inspections and coordinate with remote NDT teams.
