Mentorchamber is seeking a Production Supervisor for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on the 2nd shift. The role leads a skilled NDT team across multiple methods, ensuring safe, structured work and adherence to quality standards.

The supervisor will apply NAS410 Level II expertise, oversee inspections per OEM procedures, and manage scheduling, training, and performance within a state-of-the-art facility in Ohio. This position reports to the NDT Manager and collaborates with Level III personnel.

Competenze

• Must have NAS410 Level II in one of the NDT methods used at CRT or equivalent.

• Oversee NDT inspections per OEM procedures for all methods used.
• Ensure proper setup, processing, interpretation, and documentation of NDT results.
• Supervise, train and develop NDT staff; manage shifts, schedules and overtime.
