Job summary

Howmet Aerospace in Dover, NJ is seeking a Level III Trainee (XRAY) to join our Dover Casting facility. The role supports audits, technique development, and other technical functions while transitioning to the primary Level III position.

The position requires flexibility to work overtime and shifts as needed; training plans will be developed to prepare for certification and progression within the NDT team. The incumbent will gain experience in crystal/etch and radiography methods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must pass Level III testing requirements.
• Ability to work nights and weekends with short notice.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Assist Level III audits and training and perform production duties as needed.
• Support L1/L2 audits for product conformity and process understanding, including overtime when required.
• Ensure NDT processes and inspections meet product criteria.
• Assist in maintaining procedures under Level III guidance.
