Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking an experienced NDT Inspector to conduct inspections of structures, pipelines and components using x-ray, ultrasound and related equipment. The role emphasizes safety, on-site leadership, and adherence to established protocols.

Responsibilities include selecting and operating NDT equipment, identifying defects, completing documentation, and training assigned assistants while maintaining a demanding and flexible schedule across travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Must have NDT skill, knowledge, or experience including Shear Wave and Phased Array experience.
• Pli experience a plus
• Willingness to work long hours up to 16-hour days and travel for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct NDT inspections of components and materials according to codes, standards, and procedures.
• Utilize multiple NDT methods: phased array, shear wave, gamma radiography, x-ray radiography, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, leak testing, and visual inspections.
• Prepare, load, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment.
• Identify defects and document findings.
• Maintain safety and quality through on-site work and training of assistants.
