Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. seeks an NDT Level II Technician to support operations in Longview, TX. You will set up and calibrate NDT equipment, perform inspections, and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations while delivering reliable results.

Responsibilities include interpreting readings, documenting results, and possibly supervising others. Local candidates are preferred due to on-site requirements, with some college and Level II certification required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college is preferred.
• Certification as Level II is required.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
• Ability to interpret inspection results clearly.
• Knowledge of NDT equipment.
• Experience in report writing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to detect defects using NDT methods.
• Establish techniques for examination while following safety regulations.
• Apply testing criteria per specifications and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs, CRT readings, and digital readouts.
• Organize and report test results.
• Perform specialized inspections and may supervise others.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
