RTX's Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford is seeking a Senior NDT Specialist to join the QPE NDT team. You will perform audits, provide technical guidance, and drive process improvements across internal PW units, suppliers, and partners.

Required: Bachelor degree or higher with 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years; current Level 2/3 NDT certification. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Suite. Onsite role with competitive benefits.

What You Will Do:

• The Quality and Process Engineering (Q&PE) organization is looking for a Non-DestructiveTesting (NDT)L3 module center supportwho will work withinternal P&W business units,suppliers and partners to develop and continuously improve NDT systems.
• As a member of the Q&PE NDT team, you will perform NDT audits and certifications, provide technical guidance, inspection system oversite and drive processimprovements.
• Specific NDTL3proficienciesbeing consideredare Etch, FPI, ECI and X-ray, specifically film, digital and computer radiography.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Currently hold Level 2 or Level 3 certification in an NDT method.
  

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with training, personneltestingand auditing NDT systems.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge and experience with root cause and process control tools.
• Experience withSAPand Microsoft suite.
  

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
