Qualifications

• Must hold NAS 410 Level II certification for MT/PT.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge required.
• Experience with CMMs and surface plates preferred.
• Proficient math and reading/writing skills for inspection documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified inspections per plans and specs using inspection equipment.
• Lay out castings for verification before subsequent machining steps.
• Create and follow inspection plans aligned with processes.
• Review test data and shipping documents for conformance to contracts.
• Maintain records and complete operator inspection documentation.
• Assist with 5S and continuous improvement activities.
