Job summary

Onyxosp is seeking an NDT Inspector (Level II – Penetrant) to perform fluorescent penetrant inspections on aerospace components. The ideal candidate will possess an active NDT Level II certification and have at least two years of related experience.

This role not only includes PT inspections but also supports quality operations with responsibilities such as conducting visual inspections and chemical analyses. A strong commitment to detail and compliance with aerospace standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Active NDT Level II certification in Penetrant Testing (PT) per NAS 410 or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience performing PT inspection in aerospace or defense manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluorescent penetrant inspections on aerospace components in compliance with NAS 410.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
• Perform chemical analyses on process baths to ensure bath chemistry is in specified limits.
