2nd Shift (4:00 pm - 2:30 am; M - Th)
This role reports to the Quality Supervisor. The NDT Inspector - Associate evaluates fabricated materials through dimensional checks, visual inspections, and nondestructive testing (ultrasonic, mag particle, liquid penetrant). Responsibilities include coordinating quality activities to meet production goals, completing paperwork, maintaining safety and environmental policies, and ensuring teamwork.
Required: High School diploma with 5+ years of experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree; 2+ years in fabricated steel; basic measuring skills; Level I NDT certification or ability to obtain within 90 days; proficiency with NDT equipment and Microsoft Office.
Preferred: 4+ years in steel fabrication; advanced NDT certifications; experience with quality assurance and inspection tools.
Primarily in manufacturing settings with exposure to dust, heat, fumes, noise, and outdoor conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and perform physical tasks is required.
