Job summary

Doncasters in Newberry, SC is seeking an Inspector to join our precision manufacturing team. You will inspect parts per customer specifications and operate grinding tools to remove flash and excess metal, ensuring high-quality results.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, good communication skills and solid organizational habits. We offer PTO, a competitive 401K, and comprehensive medical insurance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a file or pencil grinder to remove flash or excess metal.
• Place parts on the lower conveyor to move to darkroom; inspect per specs.
• Non-conforming parts go to red trays for disposition.

The working hours are Monday-Wednesday 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday 5 AM - 10:30 AM.

$16.37/hr

The Role:

Using a file or pencil grinder to move flash or excess metal. Place parts on lower conveyor to move to darkroom. Non-conforming parts will be placed on red trays for disposition. Receive parts from the top conveyor and inspect per customer specifications.
