Job summary

Fortified Support is expanding its Midland-area team to provide in-home domestic assistance and disability support for NDIS participants. The role involves personal care, household tasks, mobility support, and transport to appointments in a compassionate, client-centered manner.

We welcome applicants with experience in domestic or aged care, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible casual hours. Training and support are provided by a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance and/or disability or aged care support.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate and reliable care.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assist with daily hygiene routines and toileting.
• Household support: cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping.
• Mobility assistance: transfers, walking, and mobility devices.
• Community access: accompany to appointments and activities.
• Health management: medication monitoring and attending appointments.
• Emotional support: companionship and building trust.
• Documentation: keep accurate daily records.
