Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking an experienced NDE Technician - Level II for work in the Beaumont, TX area. The candidate must be certified in Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), and hold RT-Level II certification. A valid driver’s license and TWIC card are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• Must be certified in UTT and PT; RT-Level II certification required.
• Valid driver's license and TWIC card required.
• Per diem not available; local candidates preferred.
• Documentation needed: NDE classroom training records, OJT hours, past certifications, and resume.

Responsibilities

• Conduct NDT inspections in various methods.
• Interpret and report results of inspections.
• Provide support to Level III.
• Instruct and/or supervise trainees.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
