Job summary

Westmag, a US-based drone motors and robot actuators manufacturer, seeks a Supply Chain Manager (NDAA) to lead NDAA-compliant procurement, sourcing, and regulatory alignment. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow, cost efficiency, and adherence to U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of NDAA compliance requirements for regulated components.
• Experience with supplier evaluations and audits.
• Experience with inventory management, demand planning, and procurement systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and legal teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end NDAA-compliant supply chain processes.
• Develop relationships with domestic suppliers and vendors to support NDAA compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and legal teams to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Monitor supplier audits, capacity planning, and contingency planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDAA regulations and advise internal teams accordingly.
• Oversee inventory management and demand forecasting to align supply with production schedules.
• Lead negotiation and contracting efforts with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
