Job description

We are seeking an NDA Associate to join our M&A Private Equity team in either NY or DC:

1. The Associate will review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements and must have at least two years of M&A experience.
2. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as this is a client-facing role with frequent direct client contact.
3. The position is off-track with the opportunity to work remotely.
4. Compensation is aligned with that of a first-year associate, at $225,000.

The salary offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, education level, certifications or professional licenses, and location.

Salary Range: $225,000 USD
