Our Defense & Homeland Security Division seeks an NCU Instructor- NETA with TS/SCI clearance to deliver mission-aligned training for analysts. The ideal candidate translates complex concepts into accessible instruction, enabling analysts to enhance operational effectiveness and develop deeper competencies in their mission areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience instructing professionals in mission-driven environments.
• Deep understanding of analytical tradecraft and intelligence or operations workflows.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Adjunct Faculty certification preferred; 36+ months relevant experience in target technical areas.
• Current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions aligned with evolving mission requirements.
• Facilitate learning that helps analysts reach new levels of insight and performance.
• Adapt instructional methods to suit diverse learner needs and skill levels.
• Provide hands-on tutoring to analysts in respective technical subject areas, including one-to-one training, seminars and virtual support.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to refine course content and training as needed.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of mission areas and evolving analyst skill sets.
