Job Description

Position Overview: Ensure equipment operates efficiently through preventative maintenance, calibration, and prompt breakdown repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
  2. Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs, including equipment downtime as scheduled.
  3. Complete maintenance work orders and documentation using CMMS (AS 400 and Maximo).
  4. Inform coordinators, supervisors, and operators of issues or changes during routine maintenance.
  5. Support production and engineering departments with maintenance needs.
  6. Design maintenance specifications for new machinery or upgrades, collaborating with engineering.
  7. Coordinate with outside contractors for PMs and repairs.
  8. Procure parts required for projects or repairs.
  9. Maintain a team environment emphasizing safety and mutual respect.

Working Conditions: Good working environment, occasional heavy lifting, exposure to dust, fumes, noise, but generally manageable.

Minimum Education & Experience: High School/GED, equivalent to an accredited apprenticeship, 2-year technical college degree, proficiency with relevant tools and equipment, understanding of machine functions.

This role does not support immigration sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $29.75 to $34.50 hourly, based on experience and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, life insurance, disability, and PTO.
