JOB SUMMARY: Drives VIP Revenue and grows relationships with National Casino Marketing (NCM) Sales Teams of Branch Offices, and Independent Representatives, as well as assisting with various Casino Marketing responsibilities.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Responsible for targeting, developing, and assessing new business relationships within the NCM Corporate Network, Bus Operations and Air Programs to effectively meet required sales benchmarks.
- Maintains high-level contact and rapport with Branch Office and Reps to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinates reservations, tour and travel arrangements, commercial seat blocks, splinter air groups, and group and representative coding for Charter Program players.
- Works with the Account Development team to promote bookings via Commercial Seat Block program.
- Maintains all contracts with reps and ensures we are in compliance with audit and Regulatory Compliance.
- Establish and maintain Seat Blocks for Caesars customers based on yield procedures.Adjust blocks as necessary to optimize yield. Coordinate the filling of seats using theoretical criteria as the guideline.
- Coordinates and manages direct mail, Independent Rep, Branch Office, and Hosts to fill flight seat blocks and charter flights.
- Handles monthly invoices to include commissions payable to Independent Marketing Representatives.
- Arranges packets for arrival of NCM guests; meets and welcomes incoming groups and individuals
- Assists with all NCM sales initiatives and greets VIP guests via RTCM
- Maintains calendar and reservation logs for all bus, splinter, commercial seat block, and charter players being booked by NCM Corporate Network, property Account Development team, and Inside Sales
- Responsible for scheduling transportation (incoming and outgoing) for guest arrival, including UBER when applicable
- Responsible for coordinating and attending off property NCM events
- Assists the Marketing & Promotions team with Special Events (slot tournaments, VIP events, etc.)
- Facilitates the distribution of off property sports and entertainment tickets and provides tracking post event.
- Responds to and consistently meets the needs of guests
- Provide client/customer feedback to enhance service levels and increase revenues
- Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service
- Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people, seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business.
- Must be knowledgeable of all happenings on property and in market.
- Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy.
- Presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer service. A preference is given to related fields such as hospitality, business services, leisure, gaming, marketing services, advertising or public relations sales.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and within the sales process.
- Ability to prepare, understand, analyze, and present Budget and P&L Statements.
- Good oral and written communication skills including tact when dealing with difficult customers, must be fluent and literate in English.
- Ability to think independently in making decisions to maximize customer service experience and program profitability.
- Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be proficient with customer contact systems.
- Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must have a systematic and process oriented mindset to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational ability.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors.
- Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around entire property for entire shift. Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.Must be able to work in areas containing dust, second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds and air quality.Must be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
